1. Order Processing Time

Since all Redeemed Apparel items are made-to-order, please allow 4-6 weeks for production after your order is received. This production time ensures that we deliver high-quality, premium products crafted with care. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email and proceed with shipping.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days after shipment, depending on the location. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing in each country.

Please note that these are estimated times, and delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like customs clearance or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Carriers

4. International Orders and Customs Fees

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Redeemed Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you encounter an issue with your shipment, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking information. 6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we’ll do our best to help.

7. Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order enters the production stage and cannot be modified or canceled.
