Redeemed Apparel Return and Refund Policy

At Redeemed Apparel, we’re committed to providing you with high-quality, faith-inspired streetwear. Each item is crafted with care, taking 4-6 weeks to produce after an order is received. We appreciate your patience as we create our premium products.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email]. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet our return eligibility criteria.
  2. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned damaged or with missing components, not due to our error.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations

  1. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order enters the production phase and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for any items that are defective or damaged due to our error.
